The staff at this hotel were beyond helpful and made our stay a breeze. Despite a minor issue with the automated door system, the evening staff quickly resolved the problem. The rooms were clean, and even though some of the staff had limited English, they went out of their way to assist us using Google Translate. We appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to access the dining room at any time to prepare for the wedding. The breakfast selection was great, and the hotel's proximity to nearby bars and restaurants was convenient. The A/C kept the room cool, and the security system provided peace of mind. a fantastic stay!

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I also enjoyed the added bonus of having a fitness center on-site to stay active during my stay.
The Wi-Fi was somewhat spotty and unreliable at times, which made staying connected a bit frustrating. my stay was pleasant, but these few aspects could be improved.

The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to bars and restaurants. It's just a 45-minute bus ride to the center of the city for those who want to visit Madrid. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the security system is appreciated.
One minor negative aspect of the hotel is the lack of a small refrigerator in the rooms. It would be nice to have a place to store drinks and snacks, especially for those staying more than one night.
